Let’s be honest, even if we want to look our best in summer, we also want to be comfortable. – The time when you had to suffer to be beautiful is thankfully behind us – Personally, I love summer, but not sweating, so by adopting the headband, we avoid those pesky little hairs sticking to our forehead.

Similarly, if you’re going to the beach. If you have long hair that tangles easily, wearing a simple headband will keep your face clear while letting your hair flow freely.

Another great advantage: it allows you to have a true hair style without taking the time to style it. It may sound a bit lazy, but on vacation, you may not feel like doing your hair or have a hairdryer at hand.

If the 60s era continues to inspire contemporary designers, it’s because the outfits and hairstyles were unique.

An absolute accessory of the 1960s, the headband revealed its sexy potential by being worn by iconic actresses of the time like Brigitte Bardot and Catherine Deneuve.

The basic one. This is my favorite because worn simply with a nude makeup + eyeliner, it instantly replicates the stunning sexy look of Brigitte Bardot.

It will be perfect for dressing up a sporty outfit for tennis or going for a morning run on the beach for the braver ones. It adds an interesting old money and sporty touch to the outfit.

The Knotted Headband

Pretty and delicate, the knotted headband adds undeniable charm to a summer outfit. However, warning… it gives a little girl vibe that you may not want to emphasize too much as an adult. So wear it carefully depending on your outfit.

The Floral Headband

Summer-ready, it pairs nicely with a long summer dress or a simple outfit made of a mini skirt and a monochrome top. If you opt for this option, avoid stripes or overly differing patterns for your clothing. After all, nothing stops you from seeking inspiration from maximalist fashion to mix prints.
