Adding a touch of nature and groundedness to our outfits, these shoes take over from our Birk’s, giving us that laid-back gardening apprentice vibe<\/strong> even in the middle of the urban jungle. It just goes to show that ugly shoes are more than ever on point<\/em>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While November often invites the return of Wellies, this year, our little finger tells us that another pair will take center stage: garden clogs. Here, the essentials of the vegetable garden bring a more “roots” and natural aspect to our outfits, evoking an English countryside feel, a Sunday in the country, and a slow living atmosphere<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After an appearance at Emily Bode’s SS 2020 show, some brands gained popularity by offering garden clogs with traditional lines<\/strong>, while betting on French manufacturing, mid-budget pricing, and eco-conscious materials. This is notably the case for the clogs from the brand Plasticana,<\/strong> made of hemp in the workshops of our famous jelly sandals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
