The first Irene Forte Spa in Germany

The Hotel de Rome has just given its spa an exclusive makeover, nestled in the former vault of the building, where jewels and gold were once stored. With this reopening, the brand introduced a Mediterranean-inspired spa concept to Berlin, reflecting the vision and expertise of Irene Forte, the founder of Irene Forte Skincare. Alongside four Rocco Forte establishments in Italy, the Hotel de Rome in Berlin is the first hotel in Germany to inaugurate an Irene Forte Spa. These spas redefine wellness through a holistic approach, combining the regenerative powers of nature and science in treatments aimed at harmonizing body and mind.

Relaxation Oasis in Berlin

The luxurious Irene Forte spa spans 800 square meters and offers a refuge away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. One of the highlights of this cocoon is the newly designed 20-meter indoor pool, making it the longest hotel pool in Berlin, surrounded by original marble columns. The thermal area includes a hammam, a Finnish sauna, an ice fountain, Kneipp foot baths, and a relaxation zone. The fitness room, equipped with state-of-the-art Technogym equipment, is open 24 hours a day for hotel guests. Five Irene Forte treatment rooms are available, including a double treatment suite. External visitors and members are welcome to enjoy the spa.

Sicilian Treatments

Irene Forte’s ambition to create unmatched spas has resulted in a range of treatments that embody the essence of Mediterranean wellness. The holistic treatments target physical, emotional, and spiritual health in luxurious settings, delivered by expert practitioners using advanced technologies and Irene Forte Skincare products, enriched with nourishing plant extracts from the organic farm at Verdura Resort in Sicily. Among the signature treatments of this new Irene Forte Spa is one of our favorites, the Anti-Aging Etna treatment. This combines hot and cold volcanic stones from Mount Etna with a triple facial massage technique to rebalance the skin, revitalize it, and combat aging. The wide range of body treatments also includes a very pleasant treatment that you can’t live without once you’ve tried it, the Mediterranean Nourishing treatment. It offers a luxurious and cocooning body ritual accompanied by creamy apricot scrubs and Trapani sea salt, followed by a soothing body massage with nourishing Sicilian oils.
