Galehïa: The Decor Universe of Influencer Noholita!

After fashion, it’s only natural that influencer Noholita has ventured into interior decoration. Camille Callen, her real name, is a successful young entrepreneur who continues to amaze us. In addition to her swimwear brand NHLT, her beauty brand Voilà Beauté, and her event projects, the influencer Noholita, who has over a million followers on Instagram, has just launched her home decoration collection, Galehïa. Her goal: to bring craftsmanship into a new universe of decoration for your home.

Galehïa aims to be transparent and claims to collaborate with local artisans to offer superior quality products. At Modalova, we love this kind of initiative, and it’s only natural that we talk about it.

From Influencer to Designer: A Passion for Decoration

Since she was very young, Camille Callen has traveled a lot. Even though it is now part of her job as an influencer, she hasn’t forgotten the deep reason for those who have a passion for adventure: the discovery of new cultures and the appreciation of an unknown elsewhere.

It’s indeed the right moment to dive in, as the return to nature and the DIY trend are in style this year!

So, it’s by browsing and looking at other ways of living that the influencer felt the desire to share her second passion after fashion: creating a decoration collection. With Galehïa, she wishes to bring a touch of escape to the interior of the home.

Decoration, Tableware, Homewear: An Interior Universe Inspired by Travel

Knowing Noholita on social media as a fashion influencer, I must admit I was surprised by the simplicity and serenity that emanate from these decoration pieces.

Also surprising is this desire to promote small collections created locally and some of which benefit from the Oeko-tex label according to Galehïa. We can only rejoice in seeing handmade pieces promoting a desire for escape and discovery, so let me give you a little tour of the products I liked the most.

Interior Decoration

The vases are definitely a big hit of this collection. Shaped like amphoras, these creations bring a touch that’s both feminine and natural to a room.

For a fashion and decor influencer, loving XXL candles is a must! The wax comes from sage, to which essential oil has been added, and the candle is available in ecru, black, green, or yellow.

While I am more a fan of the ecru color, I find this candleholder has a lot of personality. It brings a sense of authenticity and is made of glazed white clay in Morocco.

The Tableware

Wood and clay are honored in this sleek collection that reminds us of long lunches under the Mediterranean sun. Yes, there’s a taste of vacation in this tableware collection.

The two-tone bowl matches very well with an outdoor table for summer salads, for example. Its color irregularities add charm to this piece made in Morocco.

Made of olive wood, this 58cm long chopping board makes you want to cook a natural and healthy meal.

The Homewear

In this collection for now, which might expand, influencer Noholita offers two cozy products that make you want to chill at home in style.

The Endless Baby Doll dress, long and open in the back. Made 100% of cotton in Portugal according to the information on the site, it’s a creation by the influencer herself.

We love the clogs, or rather…the Needed Clogs, designed by influencer Noholita. The shepherd-chic style is interesting and can easily be worn in all seasons.

What Do We Think of Galehïa, the Decor Project by Influencer Noholita

The decor, tableware, and homewear collections are quite surprising and in limited edition, which aligns with what the brand claims about its craftsmanship values and sourcing.

We like the understated style, the sunny and natural colors of the vases. The olive wood tableware reminds us of the Mediterranean and brings a touch of nature to the table.

According to the information found on the site, Galehïa claims to ensure complete transparency about the products sold to its customers.

While the manufacturing remains high quality and supports local artisans, which is a great initiative, the final price remains premium. Indeed, you’ll need to spend at least between €39 and €69 for a candle and about €150 for a vase. A salad set costs €29, and for the homewear, the Needed Clogs, even though they are made in Europe and the site provides information on traceability, you’ll still need to shell out €195!

However, we appreciate that the designer collaborates with Moroccan artisans she met in person, as she explains in this Instagram video.
