For a few weeks now, we have been encountering unusual customers – on four paws – in the aisles of Bon Marché… Yes, the doggos are taking over the chicest address on the Left Bank, accompanied by their owners, ready to give in to their every whim (after all, how can you resist?). On the occasion of the exhibition “I Love You Like a Dog!” the store’s floors have been adorned with bright colors and giant bones to celebrate our faithful companions and showcase numerous products to entertain and pamper them! P.S: the owners will also find their happiness there.
What can we find at the exhibition “I Love You Like a Dog!”?
Running until April 20, the exhibition “I Love You Like a Dog!” is revealed through various corners designed for our four-legged friends. But it’s not just for them. Indeed, here, both the doggos and their owners will leave with bags in hand.
The love for dogs is celebrated on the different floors of Bon Marché, featuring play areas, grooming spots, daycare, a café, and pop-up shops overflowing with exclusive products. All of this is set against a backdrop rich in colors and nooks, both kitsch and modern. And personally, we loved our visit!
Exclusive products with flair!
From clothing, accessories, hygiene products, food, toys, to plushies… You can find everything to pamper our doggos at the exhibition “I Love You Like a Dog!”. Moreover, the highlight of the event is to unveil numerous exclusive products that have been specially designed for this occasion. Various creators and brands are thus presented, allowing us to discover new names alongside creations from Ralph Lauren, Tom Brown, Barbour, A.P.C., and even Saint James! Because yes, here, the dogs want to steal the spotlight.
Furthermore, our overflowing love for our pets is also celebrated! We discover socks, pajamas, t-shirts, hair clips, jewelry, phone accessories, puzzles, plush toys, illustrations, Christmas decorations, and even dishes and doormats featuring some dachshunds. Both young and old will surely find their happiness! Also, for flea market enthusiasts, some canine treasures await you on the top floor, in a corner reminiscent of a garage sale, where VHS tapes of 101 Dalmatians and other dog-shaped jugs are found.

The exhibition “I Love You Like a Dog!” thus comprises a Concept Store Alpha Dog House, which includes dog sitting and grooming services for your furry friend. And on the top floor, we have a corner where humans and dogs can have their snack together and browse through an issue of Batard (a magazine dedicated to our companions). On the menu, King Charles Cavaliers, Goldens, and other Huskies can indulge in duck and cream cheese cupcakes, donuts, or cookies designed to make their mouths water. Just like their Doggoccino! The owners are not left out, with muffins, cookies, brownies, and both cold and hot drinks available.
An exhibition that feels good
In addition to bringing a smile to our faces (whether we have a dog or not), the exhibition “I Love You Like a Dog!” at Bon Marché highlights certain brands and creators that incorporate a more responsible mode of production. Both in terms of the materials used and the making of the pieces themselves. And that’s commendable! Also, throughout the event, donations can be made at the cash register to support the Gamelles Pleines association.
