Laurie will soon meet Laure. She is captivated by this whirlwind of energy from the fashion industry, who has a sharp sense of beauty, perfectly conceived care, and meaningful packaging. Laure brings a dynamic, visibility, and fresh energy. And very quickly, a common vision emerges for both women: they want to create ultra-effective, transparent, uncompromising care. Together, they develop the ranges, the network, and elevate Lia.

Then, it’s Marion’s turn to join them. As a formulation engineer, she leaves nothing to chance. “Stay natural without exhausting resources,” is her mantra. She refines each formula, adjusts the interactions between actives, with a rare passion for noble ingredients. Together, they move forward, united! Lia Cosmetics is built this way: a shared demand, a quest for what is right.

An Independent Laboratory, Complete Mastery

In 2022, Laurie, Marion, and Laure reached an important milestone and created their own laboratory. From then on, formulating, testing, refining, and packaging: everything is done in-house. Total traceability, precious autonomy. No controversial ingredients, no compromises on quality. Just formulas that work. Today, it is the only cosmetic laboratory in the Basque Country that conceives, produces, and packages its own care in complete independence.
